Our Mission
To achieve social justice by advancing diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging within organizations and communities
The Social Justice Institute (SJI) was created by experts in social work, psychology, public health, and the law to provide consulting and training services for organizations ready to further cultivate an inclusive society. Over the past several years, our founders have received an increasing number of requests by colleagues, clients, and neighbors looking for help in their quests to be better allies and supporters of social justice. It was clear that the community was reacting to injustice on the news and protests in the streets. The outpouring of interest from the community strengthened our resolve to assist others in positively impacting where they live, learn, work, worship, and play.
Our vision is that all people have the information, resources and opportunities available to sustain themselves and healthy families

We advise and educate a diverse range of clients, from universities and community colleges to health care service providers, religious and social service organizations, and government agencies; along with medium and small size companies.
